I've had Nasya as my instructor at Rebel many times, and I'm amazed that she (as well as the other instructors) comes up with a new series of movements each time. I never feel as if I'm doing the same class twice, which makes each trip to Rebel Yoga unique and avoids the monotonous feeling that can come with a gym experience. I also love the studio's low lights and lack of mirrors so you can practice yoga without feeling like you're on display. It's a great place.
