Rebel Yoga is an inclusive, empowering, creative, unique studio and experience. The teachers are careful, knowledgable, professional, challenging and fun. The classes always are new and different, strengthening and restorative, and clearly well thought out and expertly planned. I'm so glad I started right at the time the studio was doing its 21 day challenge. I got hooked!
I haven't taken a regular yoga class yet, but I did love the vibe of the studio and the Spring rejuvenation class I took was so insightful and thorough. Looking forward to returning!
