Bring your own mat and water. We offer Manduka mats for $2 per rental and sell Flow water at the studio. Complimentary mat towels and sweat towels are included with class.

    Parking: Please do not park at surrounding businesses at any time. You are at risk of being towed. There is front studio parking, parking behind the building and plenty of parking along the residential side streets.

    Timings: Please arrive at least ten minutes before class - if you're new then please arrive sooner so we can show you around. Please note classes start on time and there is no grace period for late students so you will be refused entry.

    Late Cancels: You must cancel your class 4 hours prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for future use. If you are an unlimited monthly, annual or two week member, your account will be charged a $10 fee and if you have a single or multiple class pack, your class will be deducted from your account.
