Every instructor has her own vibe, her own way of teaching. I love that diversity. Today, Nasya rocked it - rocked us! She is detailed, gives reasons for the poses, detailed information on how to move which body part to get the right pose and also offers wisdom on spiritual and energy work which are always great lessons - from all the instructors. I love hearing their golden nuggets of wisdom. It's like a workout for the heart, mind, body and soul. Oh, and Nasya kicked our asses today!
