The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the class was amazing!
this studio provides such a calming, welcoming experience! elle was a fantastic teacher - I hope she will be on the schedule more frequently. I do wish there were more non-hot options in the morning, especially in the summer.
Instructor was great and the flow was amazing. Challenging yet inspiring. Also loved the dark room.
