It was just what I needed to get back into my practice.
This establishment was very clean, in a (feel safe) environment. I could actually let go and feel free in this space. The price wasn't bad for a private session and my family really enjoyed themselves. The instructor was very knowledgeable on the practice given. She was very outgoing and easy to understand. All in all i would book again. Everything was great.

Very peaceful and calming environment and friendly and knowledgeable instructor. We talked about yoga, crystals, reiki etc while we waited for the class to begin and it was very interesting

11 lol. The experience was very personal and lucid. There was no room for confusion. They did a great job assisting where they found any places people neededhelp to get the best of the couples yoga. I enjoyed the entire thing from before I even walked in the door and after we left. My children were in great hands, Ifelt especially well with them right next to us. I hope to continue on with classes
I loved the intimacy of the class, instructors were personable, music was relatable to Black culture, modifications were shared for more difficult poses, affordable pricing, really great energy!
