Great instructor, peaceful environment
My first time visit; the R&B yoga class was great! It was a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere in the art gallery. Yaizmen guided our class fluidly and skillfully through poses and also shared modifications if needed.
Raw Yoga 614 is exactly what I am looking for with small intimate classes. The class was well paced for beginners but still felt like you got a good workout! The instructor was also friendly and his playlist was great!
