• I would have liked to have received a preferences form to fill out before my appointment, so I don't have to remind the therapist of my massage preferences, e.g., I didn't want oil wiped off with a damp towel, I wanted greater focus on my feet and ankle areas, my husband wanted greater focus on his neck and lower back, etc.
