The service is always great, the quality and price is very fair. They have a fountain that I just love the noise of. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful massage spot! Truly magical--ambience and Thai masseuses are incredible.

The girls at the front desk are not very competent, however. The can't seem to work the computer and cause scheduling errors, refuse to break change when trying to tip a masseuse saying they don't have any cash on hand at the register, and when you ask them to check how many massages you have left in your package they don't seem to know how to find it on the computer.

Hoping that management will find more competent people to run the front desk! In the many years I've frequented this place this is the first time I've run into issues here.

Very interesting clean spa. The massage is part Thai part. Swedish really every every masseuse I've had there has done such an incredible job. This is my third time there and I'm never disappointed.

This place is beautiful and I loved the ambiance. My deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. The massage bed was super comfortable and heated! So nice. My masseuse, Nona, provided a great mixture of deep pressure to get out my deep shoulder knots, and a more soothing Swedish-style that was so relaxing. After my massage I decided to take advantage of my relaxed muscles and stretched on the daybed, and my masseuse saw me and came over to assist with some Thai-style stretching. It was great!

This was a cute and calming space tucked into the heart of downtown Santa Monica. I had a great Thai styled massage with lovely snacks afterwards. Everything from the hostess to the massage was organized, professional and accommodating! Great job, Spa!

Monday Bliss: The Raven Spa in Santa Monica made my entire day! What a beautiful & relaxing spa with the most welcoming vibe from everyone I encountered! The Turkish Soak, Scrub & Oil Massage 90 minute package was a perfect part of a birthday gift!

Hello, Nice To Meet You: From the moment I walked in, at Noon, Gabrielle was incredibly welcoming & showed me around, even filming a quick videoclip & taking a few snapshots.(Thanks again!) She walked me over to the changing room & lockers & closed the curtain. I was told to change into the robe and slippers. Also, given a shower cap in case I didn't want my hair to get wet.

Luxurious Milk Bubble Bath: Next, I met with Jasmine, my masseuse, who was welcoming as well & had a relaxing bubble bath waiting for me, along with soothing sounds of a fountain, relaxing music & low lighting. She left the room & I relaxed in total bliss.

Smooth Sensation: Jasmine returned, told me to disrobe, au naturel, lie on the table face down & she would return. The body scrub felt incredible & the splashing water experience was one I had not encountered before, but enjoyed immensely! She repeated the same body scrub when I was instructed to turn over!

Calming Mind: Jasmine left the room again, had me towel off, put on the robe & slippers & meet her in the lounge where the actual fountain sounded so beautiful, love the sound of running water...ahhh!

Mind, Body & Soul: Jasmine & I met again. She walked me upstairs to the massage bed, where there was low lighting & the sounds of the soothing fountain continued & I experienced the most amazing massage with beautiful scented oils that seemed to absorb into my skin & left me with the softest feeling skin ever, yet not greasy at all.

Grateful: I thanked both Jasmine & Gabrielle for the most relaxing day! I was given fruit, tea & water afterwards & enjoyed the soothing sights & sounds while I relaxed. My skin was on a whole other level of softness for days!

Overall: Yes, please & in a heartbeat! Raven Spa is a beautiful, multi-sensory & blissful experience that will have you feeling on Cloud 9!

Massage therapist had no clue what she was doing. For 30 minutes she only touched my back, and I could feel her nails digging on my skin, instead of the pressure. After 30 minutes she ended up having an argument when I asked her to increase the intensity of the pressure.

She brought her manager in the middle of the massage session as a witness, so that I don't complain about the massage later on.

I feel like the massage therapist wasn't trained to provide such services: 1) you don't put pressure on spine especially cervical spine with your elbow/ or bony prominence. Massage muscles not the bones. 2) Cut your nails when you provide such services. 3) Ask client's preferences about the pressure and the area that needs to be worked on. 4) You don't bring your manager in middle of the massage session, especially when someone is partially naked or trying to get relaxed.


Pros: front desk receptionists were really helpful.

The silverlake location is racist! The receptionist was extremely unwelcoming to me when I walked in. Before asking for anything, she was ready to refuse my service. I did not like the way I felt walking out of this place.
