• Customer service is lovely, new infrared sauna, reasonable price and steam shower a plus. I almost rated a little lower due to the very tiny sauna (old one was a better size as I could go with hubby or friend or lay down) but I'd still recommend to friends though I can't go as much as I'd like because of sauna size
