• We love everything about Raven Spa except for these two things: 1) curtains between massage areas don't allow much privacy because they don't close. We realize you use clothes pins but that you might consider more of them. (I actually brought my own a couple of times!) #2) we have had the serenity of of massages interrupted more than a few times by people talking in loud voices. Often it's from the reception area - that door should remain closed while massages are in session and everyone should be encouraged to whisper not matter where they are in the spa.
