• I had a great experience, but there should be a place on check in where I list a few areas that should not be treated roughly because of surgery, etc. that is conveyed to the Masseur. Also, the building is quite creaky!

• It started with the kind woman that carefully took my appointment details at 10:30 in the morning too the woman that helped me at 6:20 that night to get checked in.( There were two woman but one seemed less experience ) and the more experience one was not only so efficient and gracious I appreciated her eye contact and listening skills and just acknowledgment in general of me as a guestRobert was outstanding which was the icing on the cake
