• I chose 10 (which technically means "there's no room for improvement" which is never true, but...) because whenever I have reached out to make an appointment over the years, the staff is always accommodating and flexible. The atmosphere is deliciously funky and exotic (and I take this into consideration when there's no toilet paper or a little dust here and there), and I have never had a bad treatment. Literally never. It's not a luxury environment but I know that and you don't position yourselves that way - so, you all deliver 100% on what you say you offer - so that's a 10 to me.

• The woman at your front desk in Santa Monica was very caring! The saunas are reasonably priced. Wish there were more room to sit in them... Otherwise, The Raven is great!
