• Your therapists are fantastic, but the organization around people getting in and out, etc., is a little loose and could be tightened up for better customer service experience… This was especially true when a disabled client came, and there wasn't a specific process laid out for dealing with that lack of mobility… It did happen, and everyone was very kind and nice, but it should be thought through better in terms of customer experience. The treatments you offer are absolutely wonderful, however!
