• It's a beautiful, serene, and calming space. My masseuse (Bencha? Sorry, no idea how to spell her name) was excellent. The only unpleasant thing was people were speaking too loudly in the waiting area, and it really distracted me from the massage. It was multiple people, men and women. And it wasn't brief, it went on and on. I had to ask my masseuse to please go ask them not to talk, and that shouldn't be her job!
