• It was my first time trying any type of Yoga! The class was fun and intense. The instructor was energetic and entertaining. I slept like a baby afterwards lol I'll be back for sure!

• Amanda suggested I branch out and try classes other than her yoga stretch. I could have stayed in Christine's Somatic class for another hour. It was ideal.
