• Pam is fantastic! She walks around the room making sure everyone is comfortable in their silk and their yoga position. Her stretches are everything I need. I walk out feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the week. She is the light of the room and imparts encouragement for well being. What a gem!

• Super friendly staff, great atmosphere. I came in for signature relaxation massage and my therapist was Heidi who was amazing. Then I spent a couple hours in the Urban sweat. This made for the perfect end to the weekend to start fresh for the work week. Will definitely be going back as much as possible. Thank you for a wonderful experience
