• The facility and session is so beautiful, and you created such a zen setting. The only reason I didn't give my experience a 10 was because there were 2 young ladies who not only spoke throughout almost each steam/sauna but also didn't keep it to a whisper. At one point, I was in the last sauna, and I could hear them talking, but they were in the resting area..then they came into the sauna.. still chatting it up. Then there were two ladies and a young lady who were whispering but it was "non-stop". I found myself blocking my ears through more than half the experience. Such a fantastic place, and I'm hoping for a better experience next time, as im driving 45 minutes. You have a beautiful place! Maybe offer some sessions where it's girls/guys day, then other times where it's a peace and quiet experience.. just a suggestion, as some guests missed the point of your peace n quiet signs.
