• I loved the saunas and steam room. The vibe of the place was wonderful.

• I struggle with anxiety, PTSD, and PPD. I go to therapy weekly but since I started also going to yoga it has helped me cleanse my mind and find some "zen" during the week. It's also helping to slowly ease my body back into shape after having my second child.
