• My glasses were damaged by the heat. The coating on the lenses got crackled. I wish there was a warning that the lenses could get damaged by the heat.

• It's awesome. Just toward the end of the experience, the cold plunge could have used a refresh. Water looked cloudy. I would have liked to use it again , but didn't feel comfortable.
