• It's awesome. Just toward the end of the experience, the cold plunge could have used a refresh. Water looked cloudy. I would have liked to use it again , but didn't feel comfortable.

• Marisa the instructor, she has a calming demeanor, she provides background on the positions, what they're good for, etc. I love the deep opening class (I used to attend Stefanie's stretch class, very similar and loved that too). Overall ambiance, "come as you are" mentality.
