• Power hour drop in was a great deal! Only ten dollars (cash) for a great session. Our instructor managed to weave in a balanced blend of meditation, restorative poses, and more intensive flows with a focus on vinyasa breathing.

• I recently enjoyed a facial with Meloiza. It was the most relaxing experience ever. The urban sweat was heavenly and I could have stayed there all day. Will definitely be returning to try one of their many treatments in the near future. If you need to relieve some stress, this is the place to go !
