Next up Raffa Stretch w Mary Ellen Fowler - again stellar cueing and thoughtful asanas. Amazing morning. Quick break at the juice bar - delicious 😋. Urban sweat is like nothing I have ever seen. Such creativity went into this design. My words can’t do it justice. Get down to RI and experience it for yourself. Whatever you do - make certain you book a reflexology appointment with Rosita. Magic I tell you - pure magic!
