• Even though I booked the day before our appointment, Michael was very accommodating and helpful on the phone and was able to contact the massage therapists andadjust schedules to make our couple's hot stone massage happen. When we arrived and were waiting Brittany as well as the other woman at the front desk werevery pleasant and answered all of our questions. I appreciated the flexibility of Luis and Kerri in scheduling and their skill and friendliness during ourappointment. From beginning to end it was a great experience that really made or anniversary wonderful!

• The massage lady was great. It was a nice rainy Monday very quite I was able to relax. Also the desk girls went to get me a pair of blue cotton shorts behind the desk because the cranberry colored ones were a bit uncomfortable for some plus size clients . I appreciate the extra service to make my stay
