• In addition to a beautiful facility, with a friendly staff, and a calming atmosphere, I have done both urban sweat and aerial yoga classes a few times - love them both!! The relaxation the saunas and active relaxation room provide is a vacation in four hours. The variety of possibilities with the fabric hammock, both challenging and stretching while so much fun - with excellent instructors!

• Such a wonderful experience! Management let me reverse an expired credit for this service and it payed off because now instead of bitter, I really enjoyed myexperience and will share with others!!! Like on my Facebook page, which I already did. Also our tour guide from the front desk (male who also teaches yogathere) was so full of information with the rooms it really helped to make the experience that much more. Thank you Raffa!!!!
