• Excellent mindful yoga class. Nice appropriate focus on the breath, the leader noticed when we seemed to lose our way and she redirected our breathing. There was a good mantra / message towards the end of class, which I can't quite remember, but it was synchronized with the movement and the breath, and left me feeling better than when I arrived. Thank you.
