• I love Raffa, very relaxing. I enjoy the staff, atmosphere and the wheatgrass shots. I do wish they had a class+urban sweat inexpensive package for people who are not able to go every week.

• Restorative yoga with Jess was exactly what I needed! A calming, centering experience of deep relaxation. I have a hard time letting go but this class lulled me into a blissful state. I slept like a baby that night (and since!) and woke feeling revitalized, refreshed and rejuvenated. I hope this class is offered regularly.
