• Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, spa service was great. There are a few small things that can be improved such as providing guests with water in the lobby (coffee is available), making it easier to charge devices in the room (usb plugs, more easily accessible outlets), instructions for heat (fireplace), but overall the experience was great!
