• Had a nice stay and staff was very friendly. One complaint I have is that we stayed in the Wilderness retreat room and noise from the family that lives there was quite loud. Didn't really appreciate all the noise from below especially children yelling while trying to relax.

• The staff is always friendly when coming to stay at the purple orchid and there is always a welcoming vibe. Feels like you are staying with family. Although my spa service wasn’t that great this time around.
