• I've taken two yoga classes in the last three days and both with different instructors. Power yoga and a Friday flow. Both instructors were kind, helpful, knowledgable and provided an environment that was positive and supportive through the practice. The facility is great. It is sometimes hard to find a hot yoga studio that feels clean and smells clean (no odors....:) Thank you, I'll be back!
