• Richard is great. He explains and gives optional poses to help people advance. Every class I take is wonderful. But i might have to let go of my membership because its hard to make it to classes. Working in slo until 5, a 530 class is hard to make. If it was 545 it would not be an issue. The sunday class is beimg pushed back later which basically takes my whole sumday morning and Saturday mornings would be perfect if it started at 9 or 930 instead of 10.
