• Knowledgeable esthetician, not pushy, just factual , which helps me make decisions as to what I want for my skin. Clean room and comfortable facility. One small thing I can mention , It would be helpful if when calling for appointments if the background noise could be reduced . It is hard to hear person talking and they seem to be in a rush speaking . I think you want to give customers the feeling of "calm "right from the start. My visit outweighs any slight inconvenience I experienced with booking appointment or I would not given a 10 scored !
