The gals at the happy Valley location or amazing. My facial was done by Shea. She did an excellent job, very relaxing, very thorough. I'll plan to go back in four weeks for a follow up. The gals at the front desk were very cheerful not too pushy with their sales plan, just gave me a card with the information great place

There were pros and cons to this visit. I wish it was more of a 5 star "perfect", but I guess I don't have a lot of experience as this was my first facial ever.

Pros:
-Clean
-The facial itself was amazing and relaxing
-my skin definitely feels amazing
-I left with some good products I may never have discovered
-I am willing to go back another time

Cons:
-the "massage" was super short. I've had a lot of massages so I was very disappointed as I thought I would be leaving more relaxed than I did
-felt like they were trying to sell me their products the whole time. I don't mind trying a new product and I left with $100's of dollars of stuff but still don't want it to feel "forced"
-I left with an irritated red face and cuts? not sure if that's normal as it was my first but it was a little alarming to wake up to the next morning

Emily is amazing an staff always friendly, been going for facials, micro-needling for 3 years.

I loved everyone that worked in the Scottsdale location. From booking, to checking in, to the aesthetician, they were all friendly and professional. The office is clean and welcoming. I'm having a hard time leaving a bad review but after spending a FORTUNE on laser hair removal (Brazilian), I have NO results. I got a membership and was told that the hair removal would be "permanent" after 6-8 months of treatments and that after that I would require "touch-ups" every 6 months. After a year of treatments (1 per month), I am still shaving as often as I used to. After spending over $1000.00, I would at least expect to have slower or less hair growth but that is not the case.
I did get a Dermaplaning Facial which I loved, which is why I'm giving an extra star. Very disappointing.

I have been a member of Pure Vanity Spa's perks membership for over a year, and I have been disappointed with my recent experiences.

The first time I went, I was charged incorrectly. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was told that they would credit my account instead of reversing the charge. I was hesitant to do this, but I was under the impression that it was a one-time occurrence.

The second time I went, I booked a 90-minute HydraFacial service and used an add-on to include my neck. I was looking forward to a relaxing 90-minute service, but I was surprised when it was done in 40 minutes plus 8 minutes of dressing and undressing. According to the aesthetician, the service can "up to" 90 minutes, which I found very confusing.

I was also disappointed that I was unable to tip using my credits. I wanted to tip the staff, even though I was not happy with the service.

To add insult to injury, when I was explaining my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I overheard someone from management interviewing an applicant. This person overheard my entire conversation and did not intervene or try to reach out to me.

I have never had a negative experience at a spa before, and I am very disappointed with Pure Vanity Spa. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

I've been going here for almost two years now I believe! I usually see Emily who is amazing. This last week Emily was booked and so I saw Amity who was just as amazing! My skin always feels amazing when I leave and the membership is such a great deal on services. You can't beat it!

This was my second time here and what a disappointment this time around. I went for the hour microderm facial. First, as I was walking out of the bathroom, the esthetician said my name then pointed to our room. She didn't even introduce herself. I still don't know what her name was. Second, She didn't ask me about any skin concerns. She did confirm allergies but after she had started. You can hear people talking in the front desk area and music through the walls.
Perhaps my biggest frustration with the whole thing: She brought me to the room at 1:27 and started at 1:35 yet she finished at 2:15 and I walked out at 2:18 to the front desk. Not even 50 minutes of treatment. I asked the front desk if I was supposed to get the hour facial and they said these excuses: "yes you got the hour" "oh it's more like 50 minutes because you get 10 minutes to change" "I brought you back early." 40 minutes when you're supposed to get at least 50 minutes ends up feeling super rushed.
When you go for a spa treatment, you expect the full experience and treatment time whether it's a resort spa or a boutique chain spa. Sadly, this place is not it.

Was easy to book and the staff was super nice. So far results in hair removal seem to work will likely return for follow up.

I have been a client at Pure Vanity for 2 years. I have had a variety of treatments, facials, laser hair removal. I love Talia! She is the best. She goes above and beyond, makes it comfortable and is always so friendly. She remembers things I have said from prior visits. I feel confident in her knowledge and care.

i absolutely LOVE this spa! the staff is amazing and are so easy to work with. I go to Gionna for everything, laser, and facials. she is honestly phenomenal! I've been going here over a year now and will continue!
