• The room is super dirty! There was dry crusty stuff smashed in the carpet that we had to clean because we have a 11 month old crawling around. There are stains on the couch, dried stuff spilled down the wall and the ceiling is black around the vent. The door trim is missing and the door sticks and is super hard to open. My 5 year old cannot open it and if my baby is napping we cannot open the door because it's too loud. Not a true 4 star resort.
