• I'll be honest I almost stopped coming. You advertise your basic facial is either a Micro dermabrasion or derma-planing. That's not true. One esthetician I went do there called it microdermabrasion and it's an ultra sonic skin scrubber. Not the same thing. Not even close. She did not know the difference. I've been an esthetician for 23 years and I know the difference. Actually I have the skin scrubber you call microdermabrasion. I went back because of Jasmine, she's excellent. I've spent a lot of money in your spa the last couple of months and I'm disappointed in your misleading marketing. When I was checking out I was asked if I wanted MD or DP. I said, are your offering me a hydrafacial or DP? She said no, regular MD or DP. I said you don't offer that. She started to argue with me. I told her it was an ultrasonic skin scrubber that I've used the same one in my practice for quite some time. She told me it was an ultrasonic MD. That was the second time I thought of not coming back. It was not the girl checking me out, she's wonderful, it was another girl who was sitting at the desk. Your clients probably think they are getting MD, because they have never had one. But for those of us that know, and I believe you know as well, it's false advertising.
