She adjusted my microneedling treatment according to my needs, putting some extra care into certain problems areas and going easy on other areas, and she gave me recommendations for follow-up treatment and skincare products. I would have given this review a 10 if it hadnt been for not being able to use my $10 off coupon for this session. I was given the coupon by the front desk at my last appt to make up for some issues I had with my treatment that day, and it doesn't say anything about it being limited use. Still, the front desk wouldn't apply it to this session since I was getting the promo rate. First, Im a member, so Im always getting some kind of promo rate. Second, Its only $10, and it would have meant a lot to me, and I would think only a small hit to your company, to have been able to apply it. Next time Im given one of those coupons, I'll know the person doesn't really care about righting any wrongs.
