I can't say enough good things about Angelica. She is so sweet and professional. I bought the fall spa day special on Facebook and booked for my best friend and I. It was amazing. I signed up for the membership for monthly facials but love gifting spa days with my mom or girlfriends. Angelica always makes my skin look amazing

Just had the best facial in my entire life from Alyssa. From start to finish it was 80 minutes of pure bliss! I definitely would recommend anyone who needs some pampering to book an appointment with her!

I love Pure Vanity. I became a member eighth when they opened this location and I have been enjoying it ever since! I usually get the dermaplaning facial, along with a brow and lip wax. I was doing the red light therapy and I loved it so much that I ended up buying my own LED mask to use at home. The staff at this location are always very nice and knowledgeable, it's hard not to smile when you walk in.

Best facial ever. They all are so very helpful and knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. They leave you feeling beautiful. Angelica was amazing.

I've had a membership $69/month for 1yr 4mo. Once I earned the laser retouch pricing (50% off treatments after 6 appts) I was charged full price on 4 more treatments. My card is on file so I left the building before confirming price. 3 months went by and I got another laser treatment and, after, standing at the desk realized I'd been overcharged previously. I discussed with the front desk. She said the manager Hayley would get back to me. Hayley called later to say all sales are final, but she could credit my account.
I now have very little hair and don't have a way to use up $180 at the salon. She suggested I get a facial treatment (I can't bc I have too sensitive skin) or let my relative or friend use the credit. WTF?? No. I just want my money back. My husband and I run a business and this is NOT the way to create loyalty or get referrals. Stop being greedy!

I have been coming for laser treatment, I've been seeing Angelica. She is amazing!! Takes her time and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout my entire treatment.

I've been a member for around eight months now and look forward to my facials with Kaylie! I've received compliments on my skin and Kaylie is very knowledgeable and sweet! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. Very relaxing and wasn't being upsold! I was impressed with how knowledgeable the entire staff was with everything I was asking. I'll definitely be going back soon.
