• Very accommodating & great customer service from staff throughout entire experience. The Water House was even nicer in person than what I expected & the amenities in the locker rooms made things very convenient. The masseuses for our couple's massage (mine was Moon, can't remember my partner's masseuse's name) were masterful, great at listening to both verbal input as well as what they read physically we needed for our bodies. I was honestly blown away when our 50mins were up because the session felt as though it was much longer. One of the best massages I've ever had! To top it off, the value of service for the cost was generous and extremely reasonable! I genuinely have no negative feedback and look forward to booking again in the future.
