• The staff is excellent and the selection of services is great. The only area I would recommend to improve is a sauna in the Waterhouse. Thanks!

• When I arrived there wasn't an area shoveled leading from parking lot to front door. Waking on ice like that is scary at any age. When I left, 2hrs later, there was a small path opened. Appreciated that. The best abs highest score is given for two of your staff, one for massage who I've been a customer for years, and the main reason I joined in the membership, Michelle Steele. The other Majda for facial. Until last fall, I was able to make two appts a month with Michelle S. Of course don't need monthly facials, tho I did start out that way once I started that service regularly.
