  • I am 85 yrs old. I completed a hike in the Yorkshire Dales Way in UK last month, walking 100 miles over 8 consecutive days in bad rainy weather and boggy terrain. This is mostly due to strengthening of my core muscles with Pilates training, supplemented by FST. I highly recommend it. RTC
