After an absence of Pilate for 2 months for personal reasons, I definitely noticed a deterioration of my lower extremity strength and stability, as well as developing calf muscle cramps. I was finally able to return to my routine this week. After 2 sessions of agony because I was totally out of shape, my muscle cramps have gone and I finally feel stronger in my core muscles.
