Very professional staff, friendly, know their products and good at informing the clients of the services offered. For hair: Channing literally is THE best does everything perfect and cuts no corners, very nice and always willing to try to meet the clients' wishes it seems. She goes above and beyond.

Brenda was really nice, and Susanna was AMAZING with my prenatal massage. I certainly don’t feel classy enough for such a fancy spa, but I was treated with so much kindness and everyone was so welcoming, I felt comfortable and loved my experience.
