The aesthetics and design of the building was far beyond my expectations, but what I want when I visit a spa. Tiffany, the consultant, was knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable, answered all my questions caringly and guided me towards my decisions (but never pressured me). Everyone was kind, the specials you all provide are incredible and you seem to truly care and appreciate your customers.
