• Great facility except the music is often too loud and not suitable to all tastes. I usually go when it is not busy. There might be a few other clients there and most of them have earphones, yet the music is still blasting and is often tuned to an aggressive channel. In addition, when I work out with my trainer, I often struggle to hear him. We are usually on the balcony where the music - especially the bass - is often painfully loud. Lastly, since you are asking - on a few occasions, I have seen clients change the music and ramp it up even louder. Seems like only the staff should change music. Kudos to the staff for keeping the bathrooms so clean !

• Always feel so welcome with greetings from everyone from the front desk to the owners. Motivating instructors and trainers. I feel accomplished every time I walk out !!!
