I have blood work done yearly during physical exams, and when the results are in, they are sent to me through the patient portal and my PCP usually adds a blurb saying that "everything looks good". Well it was really nice to have someone go through each lab value, and explain what it means not only to the specific but to the global picture. Having that piece of knowledge enforces the importance of eating well, daily activity, and supplements in order to sustain a more healthy life and increase longevity in a health sense! Dr. Melenie is amazing!
