I thought the Dr was very thorough in explaining my labs. The program is laid out nicely. I was given the tools I need to get started and this was explained well. I'm excited. I was also impressed with the website with all the info on exercise and ideas for meals. The questions I have asked were responded to promptly and everyone is very pleasant. So here we go!
