• Kelly was amazing and very understanding when I called to say I was running late. Really nice since I am habitually late. I did call and let them know I would be 15 min late but my hair was short and normally only good 30 min so they would not stress they never made me feel like crap about it and I always appreciate the way they made me feel! :-)
