Stylist was courteous and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon seems to move quickly, but it doesn't feel rushed. Staff is always friendly. My hair feels, looks and smells amazing! I love coming to pressed roots it's one of the few places as a black woman where I feel I am made a priority during my visit. It's tailored to my hair texture and that's rate, especially having 4C hair

The stylist that did my hair was a little bit “heavy” with her hands when washing and detangling my hair. I have unfortunately noticed that there are not many stylists who know how to properly care for natural hair. I wish it were different.
