Although I know nothing is perfect but this experience felt close to perfect 🙂 so I chose a 10. From my experience with speaking to someone by phone to get more educated on what the salon offers, to booking, and walking through the front door of the salon was awesome!!! The atmosphere is just so beautiful, the establishment and ladies were all kind and very professional. I saw not only many skilled professionals doing our hair, but I saw stylist taking time to educate us, their clients. That is something I have always wanted since I moved to this area and just had not found until my first time at pressed roots. My personal stylist took time to listen, understand my concerns and educate me on my hair and the process for the hair care journey that would be good for my end goals and desires. I was referred to pressed roots by a good friend and I am so happy I was. It has been so challenging to find somewhere that my hair can get the TLC that it needs and pressed roots is that place !!! Simply amazing and such a blessing! Thank you for your service and all you do for your community 🙏🏽
