• I have only had good experiences with the stylists. However, I think customer service is lacking. I was asked to reschedule my appointment less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment, which I agreed to. When I arrived at my newly scheduled appointment, I was again asked to come back. After several back-and-forth text messages, I was scheduled for an appointment several hours after my original appointment time. I was not offered any consolation. Two weeks later, I accidentally showed up at the wrong salon at my scheduled appointment time (I showed up in Plano but my appointment was made for Dallas). I offered to drive to the other salon, but was told I couldn't be accommodated (25 minutes after my appointment time) and was charged for the full service. This is unfair-- as a customer, we are asked to accommodate the salon's delays or issues, but are not given the same courtesy.
